About the Role

As a Community Support Coach within our Guided Personal Support Program, you will provide both in-home and community-based support to adults with developmental disabilities. This is a per diem position based out of Danvers, Essex County, with services delivered throughout the Lynn, MA area. Scheduled hours typically range from 1.5 to 10 hours per week, shaped by individual client needs and your availability. Compensation runs from $20 to $25 per hour, determined by your education and experience.

Key Responsibilities
