Project Manager I

Henkels & McCoy West, one of The MasTec Companies, is hiring a full-time Project Manager I in Bryte, Yolo County to help deliver the critical infrastructure that powers communities across the Western United States.

About the Role

As a Project Manager I with The MasTec Companies in Bryte, Yolo County, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects spanning the power, oil & gas pipeline, gas distribution, and communications sectors. This on-site role is an excellent entry point for an emerging project leader ready to grow within a team known for building lasting client partnerships and dependable, sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in directing project activities from initial planning through final completion, keeping work aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep infrastructure projects moving efficiently.
• Track project progress, document milestones, and prepare status updates for stakeholders.
• Support quality, safety, and compliance standards across power, pipeline, gas distribution, and communications work.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients across the markets we serve in the Western United States.

Qualifications

• Background in project coordination, construction, or engineering, or a related field relevant to utility and infrastructure work.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bryte, Yolo County.
