National Church Residences is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Senior Analyst, Acquisitions to join our acquisitions and development team in Dublin, Franklin County. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our mission to acquire and preserve quality senior affordable housing across the country.
About the Role
As an Affordable Housing Senior Analyst, Acquisitions, you will help drive National Church Residences' senior affordable housing acquisition strategy from start to finish. Working closely with the acquisitions and development team in Dublin, Franklin County, you will evaluate prospective deals, guide them through diligence, and keep each transaction moving toward closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and underwriting to assess the viability of senior affordable housing acquisition opportunities.
- Direct and coordinate project due diligence, ensuring each potential acquisition is thoroughly vetted.
- Partner with the acquisition and development team to plan, manage, and deliver on critical deal milestones.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Support the broader execution of the company's senior affordable housing acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and underwriting, ideally within real estate, affordable housing, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of acquisitions and due diligence processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet transaction deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A collaborative mindset suited to a fast-moving acquisitions and development environment.
