About the Role
As a Caregiver / CNA / HHA with Sheraton Caregivers, you'll provide in-home, hands-on support to clients throughout Danbury, Bethel, Ridgefield, Newtown, Brookfield, and neighboring towns within roughly 20 miles. This is a full-time position ideal for reliable professionals who want to build a consistent client base close to home in Fairfield County.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes.
- Support clients with mobility, hygiene, meal preparation, and light household tasks.
- Travel reliably between assignments across Danbury and nearby communities.
- Maintain open communication with clients, families, and the care team.
- Promote each client's safety, comfort, and dignity throughout every visit.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Home Health Aide (HHA).
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle — drivers are needed for this role.
- Open availability is strongly preferred to help grow and maintain a steady client roster.
- A genuinely caring, dependable, and patient approach to home care.
- Ability to serve clients across Danbury and surrounding towns within about a 20-mile radius.
