About the Role
As a DE-Manager (m/f/d) at an Apple Store in the US, you will guide and inspire a team dedicated to creating the kind of memorable, only-at-Apple moments that customers remember long after they leave. This is a hands-on leadership position rooted in coaching, development, and a genuine commitment to people doing work they love.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a retail team that consistently delivers an exceptional, personalized customer experience.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating a team, ideally in a retail or customer-facing setting.
- Strong coaching and people-development skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
- A collaborative mindset and a sincere belief that inclusion is a shared responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire performance through everyday actions.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site role at an Apple Store in the US.
