About the Role
As a Program Manager at Textron in Wilmington, Middlesex County, you will serve as the central point of accountability for assigned program scope. This is a hands-on, on-site position for a leader who thrives on driving execution, removing roadblocks, and keeping engineering, supply chain, and business stakeholders aligned around shared goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full scope of assigned programs and steer them to on-time, successful completion.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, and business functions.
- Apply a practical, hands-on management style to keep day-to-day work moving forward.
- Identify, assess, and resolve ambiguous or complex challenges as they arise.
- Demonstrate deep ownership and drive accountability for milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure timely execution and clear communication across all program participants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is also acceptable.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in a Program Management capacity.
- Comfort with hands-on leadership and strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve ambiguous problems under shifting conditions.
- Track record of driving execution and collaboration across diverse teams.
