Skies HC and Rhb Ctr is hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team in Rancho West, Sandoval County. About the Role
This is a local-only, on-site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position supporting long-term care residents at Skies HC and Rhb Ctr in Rancho West, Sandoval County. The assignment runs on a five-week contract with guaranteed weekly hours, giving you a stable, predictable schedule while you focus on quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care (LTC) residents during the overnight shift, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in line with each resident's care plan.
- Monitor residents' conditions, document observations, and report changes promptly to the supervising clinical team.
- Support residents with daily care needs while upholding dignity, comfort, and safety.
- Maintain clear, accurate clinical records throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Current, valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Availability for the overnight schedule of 18:00–06:30.
- Ability to commit to a full-time assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week over a five-week contract.
- Local candidates only — this is an on-site role in Rancho West, Sandoval County.
- Comfortable working in a long-term care environment with a focus on resident-centered care.
