Regional Director, Real Estate

Adventist Health is seeking an experienced Regional Director, Real Estate to lead property strategy and portfolio decisions from Saint Helena in Napa County. This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity with one of the West Coast's most established faith-based health systems.

About the Role

As Regional Director, Real Estate, you will oversee the planning, acquisition, and management of property assets that support Adventist Health's mission across the region. Based in Saint Helena, Napa County, you will partner with senior leaders to align real estate decisions with operational and growth objectives. Adventist Health maintains its corporate headquarters in Roseville, within the greater Sacramento metropolitan area, where shared service teams collaborate on a modern, WELL-certified campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct regional real estate strategy, including site selection, leasing, and portfolio optimization.
• Manage property acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with facilities, finance, and operations leaders on capital and space planning.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts tied to regional real estate holdings.
• Ensure properties meet compliance, safety, and stewardship standards consistent with the organization's values.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in commercial or healthcare real estate, asset management, or a related discipline.
• Strong background in lease negotiation, property strategy, and portfolio administration.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across a multi-site environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Saint Helena, Napa County (this position is not remote).
