Road To Responsibility is hiring a full-time Program Director, Career Services to lead employment readiness initiatives that help the people we support move confidently into community-based jobs across the US.
About the Role
As Program Director of Career Services at Road To Responsibility, you will design and drive results-focused employment strategies that strengthen each individual's path toward meaningful, community-based work. This on-site, full-time leadership position partners closely with funding agencies and internal teams to build a culture of work readiness and opportunity. Road To Responsibility is offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus to all new full-time hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and put into practice outcome-driven employment plans that elevate each person's readiness for community-based jobs.
- Coordinate with a range of funding agencies and Road To Responsibility's internal staff to advance work-readiness goals.
- Support the department with securing job placements, program development, and scheduling.
- Champion individualized career growth and connect participants with suitable employment pathways.
- Track program outcomes and refine strategies to improve employment results over time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading or coordinating career services, vocational, or employment readiness programs.
- Strong skills in program development, job procurement, and scheduling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with funding agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
- A commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward community-based employment.
- Authorization to work on-site in the US for this full-time role.
