About the Role
As Associate Director, HR Transformation at RTX Corporation in Farmington, you will help reshape how the organization delivers HR services, partnering across business units to modernize processes, systems, and the overall employee experience. This is an on-site position based in Hartford County, Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR transformation programs that streamline workflows, technology, and service delivery across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable change initiatives.
- Guide the design and rollout of improved HR operating models, processes, and supporting tools.
- Champion adoption and change management to ensure new ways of working take hold across the organization.
- Measure outcomes and refine programs to deliver lasting value for employees and the business.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading HR transformation, organizational change, or related people-focused programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at multiple levels of an organization.
- A strategic mindset balanced with hands-on execution and program delivery skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship now or in the future; RTX will not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
