Wordsmith AI is hiring a full-time GTM Recruiter in New York City, New York to help scale the go-to-market teams behind the legal operations platform built for modern in-house counsel.
About the Role
As the GTM Recruiter at Wordsmith AI, you will own the full hiring cycle for go-to-market positions across sales, marketing, and customer-facing functions. Working on-site in New York City, you will partner closely with founders and hiring managers to attract the commercial talent that fuels a fast-growing company at the forefront of AI-driven legal technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for sales, marketing, and revenue-focused positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards.
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience that reflects the Wordsmith AI brand.
- Manage interview processes, coordinate stakeholders, and keep hiring moving quickly.
- Use data and market insight to advise on compensation, positioning, and hiring strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting go-to-market or commercial talent, ideally in a high-growth or startup setting.
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of closing competitive candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates and internal teams.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment and adapting as priorities shift.
- Ability to work on-site in New York City, New York.
