Irrigation Technician

Northwest Landscape Services, part of the Monarch Landscape Companies family, is seeking a dependable, full-time Irrigation Technician in Lynnwood, Snohomish County to keep our clients' landscapes thriving through expert water management.

About the Role

As an Irrigation Technician with NLS, MTS, Signature, you'll install, inspect, and maintain irrigation systems that protect the health and beauty of commercial and residential landscapes across the Lynnwood area. This is a hands-on, field-based position where your craftsmanship directly shapes the results we deliver. Because we are always growing, this opening is accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, and drip lines
• Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, coverage gaps, and water-efficiency improvements
• Adjust and program watering schedules to match seasonal and site-specific needs
• Perform winterization, spring start-ups, and ongoing preventive maintenance
• Document completed work and communicate clearly with crew leads and clients

Qualifications

• Practical experience with irrigation installation, troubleshooting, and repair (preferred)
• Working knowledge of irrigation components, controllers, and water-management practices
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• A reliable, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to quality results
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a values-driven team
