About the Role

As a Healthcare, IT Solutions - Portfolio Manager at Becton Dickinson Medical Devices, you will own the direction and performance of a portfolio of digital health and medical technology solutions. This is a full-time, United States (nationwide)-based position (not remote) ideal for a professional who blends commercial insight with a passion for advancing patient care through smarter IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and steward the lifecycle strategy for a portfolio of healthcare IT solutions, aligning offerings with market needs and organizational goals.
• Prioritize investments and roadmaps, balancing innovation with measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring MedTech products from concept to market.
• Track portfolio health, performance metrics, and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.
• Champion solutions that help clinicians and health systems deliver better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing product or solution portfolios, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or health IT.
• Strong grasp of how technology products are designed, engineered, manufactured, and marketed.
• Strategic thinker who can translate market signals into clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this full-time role.
