- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing recruiting teams

- Experience building and developing high-performing recruiting teams
- Strong understanding of technical talent markets
- Data-driven decision-maker who uses recruiting metrics to diagnose issues and influence behavior across teams
- Strong operator with a bias for action and follow-through
- Clear, effective communicator who builds credibility and strong relationships
