We are seeking highly senior specialists with experience supporting border management programmes in complex or fragile environments. Relevant background should include experience delivering US-funded programmes in Iraq or elsewhere in the Middle East, providing strategic advisory and capacity-strengthening support to improve border operations, investigations, and operational coordination in sustainable and practical ways.
Requirements
- Experience delivering US-funded programmes in Iraq or elsewhere in the Middle East
- Experience supporting border management programmes in complex or fragile environments
- Support to civilian law enforcement and relevant institutions to strengthen analytical and coordination capabilities
- Advising on sustainable capacity building approaches, including mentoring, coaching, and train-the-trainer
