Smokeball is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships (Bar Association Program) to lead the company’s partnerships with 30+ state and local bar associations. The role involves developing program strategy, leading a small team, and negotiating contracts with partners. The position is open to remote candidates or those in the Chicagoland area, with a hybrid schedule for local candidates.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience running LegalTech bar association programs or experience working at a U.S. Bar Association
- Deep understanding of the legal technology and Legal AI space
- Strong familiarity with commercial contracts and contract negotiation
- Proven ability to run a scaling partnerships team or build and scale partnerships programs
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
