About the Role
This full-time, on-site RN New Graduate position is designed for nurses at the very start of their professional journey. Working approximately 32 hours per week with day, evening, and night shift rotations, you will join a supportive clinical team where collaboration and patient well-being come first. The role is covered under the MNA-04-District One RN-RDS union contract, providing a structured environment in which new graduates can grow with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care that prioritizes safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Partner with physicians, fellow nurses, and the broader care team to coordinate treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs, document care accurately, and respond to changes in condition.
- Apply foundational nursing knowledge while developing clinical judgment through hands-on practice.
- Support continuity of care across day, evening, and night shifts as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current or pending Registered Nurse (RN) licensure as required for practice in Minnesota.
- A genuine commitment to collaborative, compassionate patient care.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and nights.
- Strong communication skills and the eagerness to learn within a team setting.
