Requirements
- Consolidated experience in team management and IT projects
- Solid experience in operations sustainment (AMS) management
- Knowledge in delivery processes and project management methodologies (traditional, hybrid or agile)
- Strong presence in risk management, changes, and project strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills, with negotiation and conflict management ability, ensuring effective alignment with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
