Role Overview
Lead the CI&T Flow portfolio architecture and agent-based / AI-based solutions, connecting pre-sales, post-sales, product, and engineering teams.
What You Will Do
Be the main reference for architecture, support commercial teams, ensure technical consistency, define cloud governance, lead the community of architects, and connect product, engineering, and business.

Requirements
- Solid experience as Architecture Manager, Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar role, leading architecture in complex systems
- Strong base in software development and cloud-native architecture (microservices, integrations, events, APIs, security)
- Experience with multi-cloud (preferably one or more of AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure as code, and cloud governance practices
- Experience with AI-based / GenAI solutions: LLMs, agents, orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LangFlow, Semantic Kernel, etc.) and integrations with providers like OpenAI, Google, AWS, Azure
- Technical leadership profile, excellent communication with technical and business audiences, and focus on people development
