About the Role

As Spiritual Care Coordinator at Anne Carlsen, you will help advance a whole-person approach to care across the organization. Working on-site in Jamestown, ND, this position offers spiritual and pastoral companionship to the clients we support, as well as to their families and to our staff team. The schedule is part-time, with hours arranged on varying days throughout the week and Sunday designated as a required workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer spiritual and pastoral support to clients, families, and employees across the Anne Carlsen Center.
• Champion a holistic philosophy of care that integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
• Provide comfort, presence, and guidance to individuals during times of need and transition.
• Partner with care teams to ensure spiritual considerations are woven into the support clients receive.
• Be available for scheduled shifts during the week, including Sunday coverage.

Qualifications

• A genuine calling to provide pastoral and spiritual care in a person-centered setting.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with sensitivity to diverse beliefs and backgrounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively alongside clients, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Availability to work flexible weekday shifts and Sundays as required.
