About the Role

As an OTR CDL Driver with Advanced Trucking in Blaine, Anoka County, you'll run primarily across the Midwest, handling refrigerated, live haul, and step deck freight. This is a solo contract position (1099) offering predictable weekly pay and consistent regional routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate over-the-road routes, with roughly 95% of loads staying within the Midwest region
• Safely transport refrigerated, live haul, and step deck freight
• Maintain reliable, on-time delivery across an average of 2,000–2,500 miles per week
• Follow all DOT regulations and safe-driving standards while on the road

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Comfortable with extended over-the-road driving as a solo operator
• Willingness to work as an independent contract driver (1099)
• Dependable, safety-focused, and self-managing on the road

Compensation & Schedule

• Average gross pay of $1,800–$2,500 per week, calculated at 25% of the load
• Paid weekly with a one-week hold
• No forced dispatch
• No line haul, no driver load/unload, and no tarping required
• Full-time, contract (1099) solo position
