About the Role

This full-time OTR CDL Driver position is a 1099 solo contract role running Refrigerated, Live Haul, and Step Deck freight. Roughly 95% of loads stay within the Midwest, keeping your routes regional and your schedule consistent. Pay is calculated at 25% of the load and issued weekly, with one week held back.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate over-the-road runs hauling Refrigerated, Live Haul, and Step Deck loads as a solo driver.
• Cover approximately 2,000–2,500 miles each week, with most freight concentrated across the Midwest.
• Maintain safe, compliant, and on-time deliveries throughout each route.
• Communicate with dispatch to keep loads moving — with no forced dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with a clean, professional driving record.
• Experience and comfort running OTR freight as a solo contract driver.
• Ability to operate Refrigerated, Live Haul, and Step Deck equipment.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
