Plexus Worldwide is seeking a Product Renovation Scientist in Scottsdale, Maricopa County, to steer the scientific evolution of our dietary supplement and functional nutrition portfolio.
About the Role
As a Product Renovation Scientist at Plexus Worldwide, you will own the technical vision behind product renovation, lifecycle management, and ongoing improvement across our range of nutritional products. This full-time, on-site position in Scottsdale, Maricopa County puts you at the intersection of science, formulation, and market strategy for both U.S. and international audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the scientific and technical strategy for renovating existing products and managing their full lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Plexus' portfolio of dietary supplements and functional delivery formats.
- Oversee formulation work spanning capsules, gummies, softgels, tablets, and ready-to-mix powders.
- Support product performance and compliance across both domestic and global markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Research & Development teams to align technical direction with business goals.
Qualifications
- Scientific or technical expertise in dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or functional product formulation.
- Hands-on knowledge of delivery systems such as capsules, gummies, softgels, tablets, and powdered drink mixes.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, reformulation, and continuous improvement practices.
- Understanding of quality and regulatory considerations for products sold in U.S. and international markets.
- Strong collaborative skills for partnering with marketing, operations, quality, and R&D stakeholders.
