About the Role

As a Pharmacy Technician – Picking and Shipping at Stokes Pharmacy, you'll work on-site at our Mount Laurel, NJ facility, supporting the order fulfillment process from the moment a prescription is ready through final dispatch. This is a detail-driven position ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, organization, and dependable turnaround.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble prescription orders for shipment in line with pharmacy procedures
• Verify product, quantity, and labeling details against each order before packing
• Package medications safely and appropriately, including temperature-sensitive items where required
• Prepare and process outbound shipments, ensuring correct documentation and timely delivery
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and compliant work area
• Support inventory accuracy and assist with restocking as needed
• Collaborate with pharmacists and fellow technicians to keep fulfillment running smoothly

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician registration or certification consistent with New Jersey requirements (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a regulated environment
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines closely
• Comfortable working on-site in Mount Laurel Township and handling the physical demands of picking, packing, and shipping
• Reliable, team-oriented, and organized under deadlines
