About the Role
As the Studio Adobe Sales and Delivery Lead - Senior Manager at EY, you will sit at the intersection of business development and hands-on delivery within EY's US Studio practice. This full-time, on-site position in Trenton, Mercer County, calls for a leader who can grow Adobe-centered engagements while ensuring every project is executed to the standard EY clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales pipeline for Adobe solutions, identifying opportunities and converting them into lasting client relationships.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe engagements, from scoping and planning through implementation and handover.
- Guide and develop cross-functional, diverse teams across EY's globally connected network.
- Partner with clients to translate business goals into measurable outcomes built on the Adobe platform.
- Champion quality, accountability, and EY's values throughout each phase of an engagement.
Qualifications
- Senior Manager-level experience combining commercial sales leadership with technical delivery oversight.
- Proven track record working with Adobe solutions in a consulting or studio environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow high-performing teams.
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfort operating within a large, collaborative, multi-disciplinary organization.
