About the Role

As an Education Research, Financial Aid Optimization Analyst, you will partner with colleges, universities, and education organizations to study how financial aid strategies influence enrollment, affordability, and student outcomes. Working from our Chicago office in the Illinois Medical District, you will translate research and analysis into practical recommendations that help institutions build sustainable funding and drive lasting change.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial aid programs, award structures, and enrollment data to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct education research that connects funding strategies to improved student outcomes and institutional performance.
• Develop models and reporting that inform client decisions on aid allocation and affordability.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to design and implement solutions tailored to each client's goals.
• Present findings and clear, evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience working in data, research, or financial analysis.
