Operations Director

Chick-fil-A Hwy 26 at Precinct Line is seeking a results-driven Operations Director to lead daily restaurant operations and shape the next chapter of growth in Colleyville, Tarrant County.

About the Role

As the Operations Director at Chick-fil-A, you will be the most senior operational leader on the team and the Operator's closest day-to-day partner. Your mission is to turn the Operator's vision into reliable, repeatable execution while strengthening the leadership bench and the systems that keep the business performing at a consistently high level. This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity based in Colleyville, Tarrant County.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion operational excellence across every shift, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and meets Chick-fil-A's standards.
• Translate the Operator's strategy into clear, actionable plans that the team executes each day.
• Coach, mentor, and grow a strong roster of leaders, building depth and long-term capability within the organization.
• Design and refine the systems, processes, and routines that drive steady, predictable business results.
• Partner directly with the Operator to track performance and keep the restaurant aligned with its goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior operational leader, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality or restaurant setting.
• A track record of developing people and building effective, motivated leadership teams.
• Strong skills in process design, accountability, and translating high-level vision into front-line execution.
• Commitment to working full-time, on-site in Colleyville, Tarrant County.
