About the Role

The Los Angeles Chargers Community Activation Team (Part-Time) is built for spirited, athletic coaches who thrive on the field and love teaching the game. In this hands-on position, you'll lead youth football camps at elementary and middle schools across the South Bay and South LA, guiding students through drills while proudly representing the Chargers in the neighborhoods where the team's roots run deep.

Key Responsibilities

• Run engaging youth football camps at elementary and middle schools throughout the South Bay and South Los Angeles.
• Coach students through reps and fundamental drills, keeping sessions active, safe, and fun.
• Teach the core skills and rules of football to participants of varying ages and abilities.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Los Angeles Chargers within the local community.
• Bring consistent positive energy and enthusiasm to every camp and school visit.
