As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at Abbington, you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for prospective and current residents. Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, present available apartment homes, and lead community tours at the Abbington at Stones River property.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in.
- Support resident satisfaction by responding to questions and helping maintain a positive community atmosphere.
- Assist with leasing administration, follow-ups, and related on-site tasks in Murfreesboro, TN.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, or resident relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Reliability and a willingness to work on-site at our Murfreesboro, Rutherford County location.
