About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician with EōS Fitness in Oceanside, San Diego County, you will be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our gym environment welcoming, functional, and spotless. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for a practical problem-solver who takes pride in well-maintained spaces and enjoys working in a fast-paced, member-focused fitness setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine upkeep, inspections, and minor repairs across the facility, including equipment, fixtures, and common areas.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruption to members and staff.
• Help ensure the club consistently meets cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with management and outside vendors on larger repair or service needs as they arise.
• Keep maintenance supplies, tools, and basic records organized and up to date.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on trade is preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic repair tasks across areas such as plumbing, electrical, and equipment upkeep.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities with limited supervision.
• Comfortable lifting, standing, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Available to work on-site full-time in Oceanside, San Diego County.
