About the Role
Sparkle Squad is seeking an experienced Lead Technician to guide window cleaning and exterior service projects across the Wheat Ridge and greater northwest Denver area, serving routes that stretch from I-25 west into the Foothills. This full-time, seasonal position carries the potential for extension and pays $22–$25 per hour, with tips and bonuses on top of base wages. As the on-site lead, you'll set the standard for craftsmanship, safety, and customer care on every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional window cleaning and exterior maintenance for residential and commercial clients
- Lead crews on-site, coordinating the daily workflow to keep projects on schedule
- Uphold quality and safety standards on each property you service
- Operate equipment correctly and care for tools and company vehicles
- Deliver friendly, dependable service that leaves customers impressed
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in window cleaning, exterior services, or a comparable field-service trade
- Leadership ability to direct a team and take ownership of results
- Comfort working outdoors and at heights in varied weather conditions
