Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret oil and gas agreements, including leases, assignments, and other contracts.
- Analyze title opinions to determine ownership interests and obligations tied to Ring Energy's assets.
- Maintain and administer lease and contract records for a designated asset area.
- Ensure ownership data and contractual terms are documented accurately and kept current.
- Support cross-functional teams with reliable interpretations of agreement provisions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience analyzing oil and gas leases, assignments, title opinions, and related contracts.
- Solid working knowledge of lease and contract administration practices.
- Ability to identify ownership interests and corresponding obligations within complex agreements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Capacity to work on-site full-time in The Woodlands, Montgomery County.
