About the Role
As an Owner Operator with Smart Gear Logistics LLC, you will haul over-the-road freight on dedicated lanes while keeping control of your own calendar. We build routes around your life, so you stay productive on the road and still make it home when it matters most. Expect a gross weekly average in the range of $6,000 to $7,000 for full-time work based out of Prescott Valley, Yavapai County.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate your own equipment on OTR routes across multiple trailer types
- Run Flatbed, Refrigerated, Dry Van, and Power Only freight as assigned
- Complete dedicated loads safely, on time, and to delivery standards
- Maintain accurate logs and stay compliant with ELD and IFTA requirements
- Communicate openly with dispatch to coordinate scheduling and home time
Qualifications
- Own or lease your own truck as an independent Owner Operator
- Valid CDL and authorization to run OTR freight
- Experience with one or more trailer types (Flatbed, Reefer, Dry Van, or Power Only) preferred
- Commitment to safe, reliable, full-time service
