The OTI Energy Conservation and Weatherization Training Program with Community Action Partnership of Oregon is now accepting applications for a hands-on, full-time training opportunity based in Salem, Marion County, with participation taking place at sites across Oregon.

About the Role

This program is a structured, 8 to 12 week training experience designed to prepare participants for careers in energy conservation and home weatherization. Trainees are matched with local training providers throughout Oregon, gaining practical, supervised instruction in the field rather than learning from the classroom alone. The upcoming cohort is scheduled to start in June 2026, and applications will be reviewed beginning in May 2026 — early submissions are welcome and encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
