Key Responsibilities
- Lead and negotiate complex property acquisitions on behalf of the County.
- Manage high-level, confidential real estate transactions from start to finish.
- Develop and carry out effective acquisition strategies that meet departmental objectives.
- Conduct fieldwork associated with property evaluation, outreach, and deal facilitation.
