Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, or related advisory roles within life sciences
- Demonstrated leadership in Medical Affairs or consulting environments with direct exposure to field medical teams
- Strong familiarity with KOL strategy, medical insight capture processes, and analytics enablement
- Proven ability to establish executive credibility and build long-term client relationships
