Replicant is a leading voice AI company that offers customer service solutions. The company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the exploration and application of Large Language Models and Generative AI, translating research into high-performing systems and models, and collaborating with various teams to develop and implement ML-based solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience in ML infra, ML tooling, or products with ML usage
- Preferred experience with the ML ecosystem (e.g. python, pytorch, faiss, elastic search)
- Excellent communication skills and a vivid imagination
- Passion about engineering and team culture
- Love tackling ambiguous technical problems and developing solutions to problems with significant impact
- Independent thinker and like to own and solve complex problems
- Interest in exploring the nuance and aesthetic of conversations
