About the Role
As Regional Sanitation Manager, you will help guide, build, and direct the sanitation program across the platform, partnering with site teams to uphold current food safety standards and drive measurable risk reduction. Your technical leadership will protect product integrity and keep operations audit-ready at every facility you support throughout the Downers Grove region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and direct the regional sanitation program across the production platform.
- Ensure that all applicable food safety standards are consistently met at every site.
- Provide hands-on technical support and subject-matter expertise in sanitation best practices.
- Work to reduce microbiological and chemical hazards while preventing product contamination.
- Partner with plant teams to embed sanitation excellence into daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing sanitation programs within a food manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong working knowledge of food safety standards, microbiological controls, and chemical risk management.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and influence cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Downers Grove, DuPage County, and support facilities throughout the region.
