About the Role

As an Assembler with Pps-Hps in Painesville, Lake County, you'll play a hands-on part in building quality components on the production floor. We have openings on two shifts: 1st Shift starts at $16.00 per hour, and 2nd Shift starts at $18.00 per hour. This is an on-site, full-time position — there is no remote option — ideal for someone who enjoys steady, focused work and contributing to a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components accurately according to production specifications
• Crimp wires and complete detailed, hands-on production tasks
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail throughout each build
• Keep pace with shift production goals while following safety guidelines
• Support a reliable, team-oriented workflow on the assembly line

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing assembly is preferred
• Comfortable assembling components, crimping wires, or doing precise production work
• Strong manual dexterity and enjoyment of working with your hands
• Dependable and able to commit to either a 1st or 2nd Shift schedule
• Detail-focused with a commitment to producing quality work
