About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Professional Land Surveyor position based in Tuxedo, Fulton County. As a licensed surveyor on our team, you will deliver precise, dependable survey work that supports infrastructure, development, and mapping efforts for clients across both the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and certify land surveys including boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys
• Produce accurate plats, legal descriptions, and survey documentation in line with state standards
• Coordinate field crews and review collected data to ensure quality and precision
• Partner with civil engineering and mapping teams to keep projects moving on schedule
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, advisors, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications

• Active license as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in good standing
• Hands-on experience across the full range of survey types and field-to-finish workflows
• Strong command of surveying instruments, software, and current industry practices
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and accountability
