Facilities Maintenance Technician

Live Nation Worldwide is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, to keep our venues safe, functional, and show-ready for live entertainment audiences.

About the Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician with Live Nation Worldwide in Charlotte, you will help ensure that our spaces operate smoothly day in and day out. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in maintaining buildings, systems, and equipment that support world-class events.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs across facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize disruption to operations and events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with team members and outside vendors to complete projects on schedule.
• Document completed work, repairs, and supply needs accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities, building, or general maintenance work.
• Practical knowledge of repair and upkeep across systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of performing physical duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for an on-site role in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County.
