About the Role

As a full-time Developmental, Xcel & Advanced Tumbling Coach based in Clovis, you'll work hands-on with gymnasts across multiple levels — from beginners learning the basics to advanced tumblers refining complex skills. This on-site position at Excel Gymnastics is ideal for a coach who takes pride in athlete growth and fostering a positive, encouraging culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for developmental, Xcel, and advanced tumbling athletes, tailoring instruction to each level
• Teach and reinforce sound fundamentals, proper technique, and safe progressions
• Track each gymnast's development and adjust coaching to support steady improvement
• Contribute to a welcoming, team-first atmosphere that motivates athletes to do their best
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to maintain consistent program standards

Qualifications

• Coaching or instructional experience in gymnastics or tumbling preferred
• A genuine commitment to athlete development and strong technical foundations
• Ability to communicate clearly and connect with athletes of varying ages and skill levels
• A positive, dependable approach that strengthens team culture
• Availability to work on-site in Clovis, Fresno County (this is not a remote role)
