This CDL-A Driver | W2 position is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) opportunity headquartered in Georgia, US. As a W2 company driver, you'll run long-haul freight while being supported by a carrier that ranks as the 3rd highest-paying in the country. Solo company drivers can realistically expect annual earnings in the range of $80,000–$96,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely on OTR routes
• Transport and deliver freight on schedule while meeting on-time delivery targets
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company safety regulations
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues promptly
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate loads, stops, and delivery windows

Compensation

• Base pay of $0.67–$0.72 per mile (CPM)
• Accessorial earnings adding an additional 5–7 CPM, including layover, extra stops, breakdown, and on-time delivery bonuses
• Estimated annual earnings of $80,000–$96,000 for solo company drivers

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A (Class A commercial driver's license)
