About the Role
As New England Business Development Director, you will own the strategic direction of Daniels Health's acute care business across the New England territory. Based in Boston, this full-time, on-site position centers on hospital sales, deepening existing accounts, and capturing new opportunities within the healthcare provider segment. You will inherit an established portfolio and be empowered to expand it through consultative selling and trusted long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct business development activity across the New England acute care market, with hospitals as the primary focus.
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while pursuing new logos to widen our regional book of business.
- Build durable, high-trust relationships with hospital decision-makers and clinical stakeholders.
- Craft and execute account strategies that drive sustainable revenue and market share gains.
- Represent Daniels Health as a knowledgeable partner committed to safer, smarter healthcare environments.
Qualifications
- A proven record in business development, territory management, or strategic sales, ideally serving hospitals or the broader healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated success expanding accounts and closing complex, relationship-driven deals.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to own a territory independently while collaborating across teams.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the Boston and New England market as needed.
