About the Role

The Senior Operations Risk Analyst – Enterprise Risk Management is a full-time, on-site position based in Bethpage, Nassau County. In this role, you will partner closely with our Risk Leadership team to help build out, roll out, and run the programs that keep our operations sound and our members protected. It's a hands-on opportunity to influence how risk is identified, measured, and managed across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational support to Risk Leadership as enterprise risk programs are designed, launched, and maintained.
• Assist in carrying out day-to-day execution of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Help identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across business functions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk processes, controls, and reporting.
• Collaborate across teams to translate risk insights into practical, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations risk, enterprise risk management, or a closely related analytical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to support program development and execution from concept through implementation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Comfort working on-site in Bethpage, Nassau County in a full-time capacity.
