About the Role

As a Retail Lead Generator with ARS in Clinton Township, MI, you'll be the friendly first point of contact between the community and our home-services experts. Working from retail locations, you'll engage shoppers, spark interest in our HVAC and plumbing services, and schedule qualified appointments for our team. This is an in-person, full-time opportunity, with part-time positions also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and greet retail customers to introduce ARS home-comfort and plumbing services
• Identify homeowner needs and generate quality leads for our sales and service teams
• Book in-home consultations and follow up to keep the appointment pipeline full
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically in a retail setting
• Meet daily and weekly lead-generation targets to maximize earning potential

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and conversational skills with a confident, outgoing personality
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, comfortable working toward performance targets
• Reliable availability for the Sunday-through-Thursday schedule, with weekend shifts required
• Able to work on-site at a retail location in Clinton Township, MI (this is not a remote role)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, promotions, or lead generation is a plus

Compensation

• Base pay of $18–$20 per hour, with commission incentives on top
• Typical earnings of $20–$30 per hour when incentives are included
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday; weekend availability required
