As a High Net Worth Personal Lines Senior Client Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for affluent individuals and families who depend on tailored insurance solutions to protect their assets and lifestyles. Based in New York City, this full-time, in-office position calls for someone who understands that effective risk management lives in the details and who thrives on building lasting, confidence-driven relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines accounts with a focus on long-term retention.
- Act as the primary advisor for clients, anticipating their evolving coverage needs across the full spectrum of personal insurance.
- Coordinate policy placement, renewals, and servicing with carriers and internal teams.
- Deliver attentive, detail-oriented support that reflects the firm's commitment to trust, service, and innovation.
- Identify gaps in coverage and recommend solutions that safeguard clients' property, valuables, and liability exposures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing high-net-worth or complex personal lines insurance accounts.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and the priorities of affluent clientele.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- A meticulous, client-first approach to managing risk and resolving issues.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in New York City, New York.
