TRM Labs is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Threat Intelligence to help shape the next generation of AI-powered investigative tools that make the world safer. This is a full-time role based in the United States.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, Threat Intelligence at TRM Labs, you will own the strategy and roadmap for products that empower investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and map the threat networks behind financial crime. You will sit at the intersection of intelligence, data, and product, translating the needs of public and private sector investigators into capabilities that disrupt crime at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for TRM Labs' threat intelligence offerings.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to ship features that help agencies investigate and dismantle threat networks.
- Engage directly with investigators and customers to deeply understand how they trace illicit activity and construct operating pictures of criminal networks.
- Prioritize and balance competing initiatives, making clear trade-offs grounded in customer impact and mission outcomes.
- Translate complex intelligence and investigative workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
- Measure success through adoption, investigative outcomes, and the real-world impact of disrupting crime.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in product management, ideally building data-rich, technical, or intelligence-driven platforms.
- A track record of taking products from concept to launch and iterating based on customer feedback.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working closely with engineering and data science teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Genuine interest in security, investigations, or the mission of disrupting illicit activity.
- Eligibility to work in the US for this full-time, US-based position.
