Estimator – Multifamily Construction – Tampa, FL

Mountain Management Group is hiring a full-time Estimator for Multifamily Construction in Tampa, FL, to support pre-construction operations on multi-family building projects across the region.

About the Role

As an Estimator with Mountain Management Group in Tampa, Hillsborough County, you will take ownership of the full scope of pre-construction services for multi-family developments. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Pre-Construction, you will play a central part in shaping accurate, competitive project estimates that set each build up for success. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity with a national multi-family construction organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver comprehensive pre-construction services from start to finish
• Develop reliable cost estimates for multi-family construction projects
• Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Pre-Construction on planning and bid strategy
• Support project teams with detailed quantity takeoffs and budget analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline preferred
• Background working on multi-family construction projects preferred
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word
• Hands-on experience with Timberline estimating software
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to cost analysis
