About the Role

As an HVAC Service Technician with Brookside Heating & Cooling, you'll be the trusted face our customers count on across Manchester and the wider Hillsborough County area. This on-site, full-time position covers the full spectrum of service work — from scheduled tune-ups to urgent breakdowns — for both heating and air conditioning systems. You'll work alongside a close-knit team that values doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating and cooling equipment
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues promptly
• Explain findings and recommended fixes to customers in clear, friendly terms
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Uphold safety standards and represent the company professionally on every visit

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems, including diagnosis and repair
• Solid working knowledge of both heating and air conditioning equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset
• Reliability, integrity, and the ability to work well within a team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across Hillsborough County
